INTRODUCTION
"RoofQuote" rubberized bitumen emulsion coating is a highly adhesive brush or squeegee applied modified bitumen water proof coating and adhesive. "RoofQuote" is specially formulated to provide high resistance to the passage of water vapor and to re-emulsification when in long term contact with water. "RoofQuote" bonds tenaciously to most substrates.
APPLICATION
Ready to use material before use mix the material 3 to 5 minutes.
1) Sweep the concrete deck of all dust and debris.
2) Apply Primer Coat of "RoofQuote"
3) Apply 1st coat of "RoofQuote" emulsion1.00kg/m2.
4) Apply Heavy-duty nonwoven Polyester reinforcement sheet.
5) Apply 2nd coat of "RoofQuote" emulsion 1.00kg/m2.
General damp-proofing & vapor barrier "RoofQuote" rubberized bitumen coating bonds extremely well to a wide variety of substrates including concrete, Brick, Basement Retaining Walls, Basement Floor, Washroom Floors, Precast, RCC, Corrugated Metal Sheet, Fiber Glass & external water tanks.
