Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager at Regency Apartment Hotel located in Lahore. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the food and beverage department, and providing training to the staff. The Hospitality Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hospitality and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in the food and beverage industry
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
Ability to provide training and guidance to staff
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
Experience in hotel management is a plus
